This is a part that is attached to the sliding side of the shoe and can be cut to fit your size.
(Although it is a thick material, it can be cut with stainless steel scissors.)

The H2C and the orange H1C look very similar, but the diameter of the rubber is different. Also, the H2C uses a harder rubber compound, so it slides more easily than the H1C.
